Compact, tasteful rooms and decent amenities. Lovely view of lake. Fresh food for awesome breakfast. Loved the downtown area. The pool was amazing and the garden - lovely. Funny staff and outstanding value.
The bathroom I had was disgusting.

We had a superb experience staying here. Altogether a well priced casual hotel. Pleasant view, a good balcony, relaxing bed, too. Incredible garden and incredible pool. Phenomenal location to a 13th-century church. There was an executive bar on site.

Our favorite hotel in Assisi, staff was friendly. Bathtubs in the bathroom was a plus. Booked table at GIOTTO, it's their onsite restaurant.
